| Captain Requirements: 1 year experience as captain; 100-ton license |
| Engineer Requirements: 1 year maritime and diesel engine experience |
| Deckhand Requirements: maritime experience preferred |
| Diesel Mech. Requirements: Experience with Detroit Diesel and MTU Detroit Diesel 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines |
All prospective employees undergo a background check, a pre-employment physical exam and a drug test pursuant to DOT and USCG guidelines. All crew members are drug tested annually and are subject to random and "for cause" drug testing. C&C Boats maintains a zero tolerance drug policy.
Our on-going training program focuses on vessel operations, maintenance, safety and environmental awareness. We offer health insurance, a 401K plan and competitive pay commensurate with experience.
